with Denise Rosenblum

MES Course 2: How to Plan and Lead Effective Meetings
June 23rd at 9:30AM - 12PM VIRTUAL
This is the first of a three course series, Management Essentials.
You are not required to take all three courses.

We all spend so much time in meetings — but not all meetings add value. This workshop will help participants determine when meetings are necessary and how to ensure they are efficient, productive, and results focused.

Participants will gain tools for planning agendas, managing logistics, encouraging participation, handling difficult meeting dynamics, and closing meetings with clear next steps. The focus is on reducing wasted time while improving results and accountability.
